We ship within the United States and Canada. We try really hard to get all orders out the next business day, but it unfortunately is not guaranteed. Please call us if you would like help finding the shipping option that's right for you.
shipping within the U.S.
Choose one of three shipping options within the U.S.
FedEx Standard Ground: Expect your shipment in 4 – 7 business days. Rates are calculated based on the dollar amount of your order. See shipping rates at the bottom of the page. Please note: if you’re shipping to a PO Box, Hawaii, Alaska or US territory your package will be sent via USPS parcel post.
FedEx Express two-day service: 2nd Business Day by 5:00 PM for orders placed prior to 3pm EST. Rates are determined by delivery location. When you check out, you will be able to review the shipping charge before confirming your order.
USPS Priority Mail: Rates and delivery times vary by location. When you check out, you will be able to review the shipping charge before confirming your order.
If you chose a FedEx shipping option, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive your order within 4 – 7 working days, please contact us right away. And we’ll help you locate your shipment. If you still haven’t received your order after 10 days, you’ll need to contact FedEx directly to find out what’s happened. You may need to file loss claim.
USPS shipments are shipped with delivery confirmation. If you haven't received your order 30 days after placement, please let us know and we'll see if a replacement can be issued. Double-check with your local post office. Sometimes orders are held pending customer pick up.
Canadian shipping options
USPS Express Mail International: 6 – 10-day-service
USPS Priority Mail International: 10 – 14-day-service
Delivery of Canadian orders is based on an estimate. It’s not an exact science. Please be patient. That said if you haven’t received your order in 30 days, call us right away at 866-553-5874 and we’ll raise the red flag and find out what’s up.
While gDiapers does not collect GST/PST, you will be obligated to pay applicable taxes and customs fees appropriately. GST/PST will not be applied toward the purchase of gDiapers gift certificates (which are given in the form of an online gift code), however, when the gift certificate is redeemed the GST/PST will be calculated on the full price of the order before the gift certificate is applied. Detailed information about GST/PST can be found online at the Canada Revenue Agency.

Sometimes large orders come in separate boxes.
Deliveries show up in all sorts of places including your front door, back door, side of the house, with a building manager and even behind the bushes.
