We work very hard to ensure your ‘little g’ pants and snap-in liners are of the highest quality, but as we’re sure you understand, when the human element is involved in manufacturing, sometimes items slip through that aren’t quite up to our quality standards.
Should you find manufacturing problems with your gDiapers product and it is within 45 days of your online purchase, please send them to us and we will gladly inspect them and replace them if necessary. Pilling, fading and other normal wear and tear are not considered manufacture defects and items will not be replaced for these issues. If you purchased your gDiapers from a retailer we ask that you visit the store for a credit or replacement.
