Collect 10 proof of purchase UPCs from qualifying gDiapers products, send them to us and we’ll reward you with a $15 gift certificate good for gDiapers.com purchases. All gift certificates expire sixty (60) days from the date they were issued.

Please fill out the redemption form and include it with your 10 UPCs. Make sure all parts of the form are filled out and the UPCs are firmly attached. Tape them, staple them, just make sure they don't escape! 

Though it's not quite as simple as your coffee shop punch card, we've tried to make the gThanks rewards program as easy as possible.  We're all busy parents, too.  Time is precious.  Still, there is a bit of fine print.  So please read up. 

Questions about the gThanks rewards program.

What is a UPC? And where can I find it?
UPC stands for Universal Product Code and it’s your Proof of Purchase. It’s the barcode with numbers below that’s used throughout North America to scan in the product and price when you’re at the store. The UPC on biodegradable gRefills and gCloth is on the bottom, individual little gPants bought in a store have a UPC on the back, and little gPants 2-packs have a UPC on the bottom.

Which products qualify for the gThanks rewards program?
The following gDiapers products do qualify for the gThanks rewards program at this time:

• biodegradable gRefills, size small and med/lg. One package = one UPC.
• gCloth, size small and med/lg. One package of gCloth = one UPC.
• gDiapers starter kits in all sizes.  One starter kit = one UPC.
• gDiapers little gPants 2-packs in all sizes. One 2-pack = one UPC.
• gDiapers little gPants. If purchased on gDiapers.com, please submit the invoice as there is not a UPC due to lack of packaging.

Which products do not qualify for the gThanks rewards program?
The following gDiapers products do not qualify for the gThanks rewards program at this time:

• The UPC found on the cardboard case of biodegradable gRefills does not qualify, but the packages inside do. The qualifying UPCs are the ones found on the bottom of each individual package of biodegradable gRefills, there are 4 per case.
• gDiapers swishstick
• gDiapers everyday g's 6-pack
• gDiapers sweet bundle. However, the UPC found on gCloth and/or gRefills, included as part of the bundle, do qualify as one UPC, per product.
• gDiapers new baby bundle. However, the UPC found on gCloth and/or gRefills, included as part of the bundle, do qualify as one UPC, per product.
• gDiapers great value bundle. However, the UPC found on gCloth and/or gRefills, included as part of the bundle, do qualify as one UPC, per product.
• gMum, gDad and gBaby tees.

What gDiapers products can I choose as my gift?
With your gThanks submission form and 10 UPC codes, you will receive one gift certificate worth $15, redeemable only on gDiapers.com. No substitutions will be made.

When can I expect my thank you gift after mailing my UPCs and redemption form?
Please allow four (4) - six (6) weeks for your gift certificate to arrive to you via email; the email will be sent from info@gdiapers.com. If it's been more than 6 weeks, please double-check your spam folder and then give us a call.  We'll look into it for you.

What if my gDiapers product doesn’t have a UPC?
Only little gPants ordered from gDiapers.com lack a UPC. All other gDiapers products carry a UPC. To show proof of purchase for little gPants ordered through gDiapers.com, include either your order confirmation email or the invoice that came with your shipment. I'm sorry, we are unable to research orders on your behalf.  So please, save your order confirmation emails!

Invoices must be from gDiapers.com orders on or after January 1, 2010.  Use of an invoice for proof of purchase only applies to little gPants ordered through gDiapers.com. Please provide the UPC for all other gDiapers products you purchase.

Where should I send my UPC and redemption form?
Please mail all 10 UPCs, with your completed redemption form, to:

Please staple or tape all your UPCs to the back of the redemption form (we wouldn't want one to get lost!). Only one redemption, per envelope, please.

Can I email or fax the UPCs and redemption form?
No. You will need to mail in your completed redemption form along with all 10 UPCs (or qualified invoices) to the address listed above. Please include only one redemption, per envelope.

Are some gDiapers products worth more points than others?
No. Our rewards program is based on the number of UPCs or invoices you provide. 10 UPCs qualifies you for one $15 gift certificate for gDiapers.com.

How do I show proof of purchase of the everyday g's six-pack, the new baby bundle, the sweet bundle and the great value bundle for the gThanks Rewards program?
Since this is already such a sweet deal, the little gPants included in the everyday g's six-pack, the new baby bundle, the sweet bundle and the great value bundle do not qualify for the gThanks Rewards program.  However, the UPC found on gCloth and/or gRefills, included as part of the bundle, do qualify as one UPC, per product.

Can I use my order confirmation/invoice from another web retailer to get gThanks credit?
No. The only email confirmation or invoice you can use instead of a UPC is for the purchase of individual pairs of little gPants on gDiapers.com, because they don′t have a UPC. All other gDiapers products have UPCs for you to collect.

Can I send in one UPC at a time?
No. Please collect 10 UPCs, fill out the redemption form and then mail everything in. Please include only one redemption, per envelope.

How long will the rewards program last? Is there an expiration date?
All requests must be postmarked by January 15, 2011 to qualify for the gDiapers gThanks 2010 program.

How many times can I participate in the rewards program?
We will only accept 5 redemptions (50 UPCs) per family/household for the gThanks 2010 program. Please include only one redemption, per envelope.

Oops. I forgot to include all my UPCs what will happen to my submission?
We understand mistakes can happen. Or you might have had a sleepless night with your new bub and forgot to fill out your address. We'll do our best to contact you via email or phone. If we don't hear back from you in a timely manner, we'll simply drop your submission back in the mail to you.
