Returns and Exchanges
At gDiapers, your satisfaction with our product is important to us. You may request a return for refund for unused items purchased from gDiapers.com within 60 days of purchase. Since we are in the diaper business, we need to ask that items be packaged in their original condition and packaging, unused and unwashed.
We are aware how quickly babies grow. If you find you still have unopened packages of small refills and your little one is now in a larger size, please give us a call. We'd be happy to set up an exchange for you!
For all return requests for items purchased through gDiapers.com, please give us a call, 1.866.553.5874 or send us an email, info@gdiapers.com. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return details. Once you receive your RA from us, your product must be received in our warehouse within the next 30 days or we will not be able to issue you a refund and only an exchange can be offered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For gDiapers purchased in a store, please contact the retailer for their respective return policy.
Quality Assurance
We work very hard to ensure your ‘little g’ pants and snap-in liners are of the highest quality, but as we’re sure you understand, when the human element is involved in manufacturing, sometimes items slip through that aren’t quite up to our quality standards.
Should you find manufacturing problems with your gDiapers product and it is within 45 days of your online purchase, please send them to us and we will gladly replace them. If you purchased your gDiapers from a retailer we ask that you visit the store for a credit or replacement.
