earthhour-baby

On March 28, from 8:30 to 9:30 pm, we’re “unplugging” in honor of Earth Hour. Here’s why, and what you can do to join us.

Carrie tends to the abundance of home-grown greens, future baby food for baby-on-the-way.

Leadville, Colorado has an alpine subarctic climate with cold winters, mild summers and minimal rainfall. It’s where educators Carrie, Cooper and their daughter, Hattie call home. Carrie, Cooper and Hattie will be welcoming a new addition to their family later this fall. They’re prepping their home and nurturing their gardens with home-grown compost that includes Hattie’s wet-only disposable inserts.

A new year cometh and with it a whole new era for gDiapers. In 2015 we not only celebrate 10 years in business, but we also see the opening of a third gHQ. After Portland (2004) and London (2011), Sydney is open for business, albeit in our temporary location until we move into our more permanent digs in March. But it’ll do :0)

Hobbes' bounty!

We catch up with Carrie, Cooper, Hattie and Hobbes as they learn what “leisure” means when you’re a family of four. Plus, Hobbes digs in deep and comes up with… lettuce!

Hattie in Colorado "springtime".

Is It Spring yet? Maybe in Portland, or Austin, or even London. But after checking in with our composting friends in Leadville, CO last month…
