shipping for US customers.
We try really hard to ship out your order the same day it's placed. Orders received by 1pm PT will ship out that day; orders after 1pm ship the following business day. Orders placed after hours on a Friday ship the following Monday.
Thanks to our partnership with GreenShipping, your order will be shipped carbon neutral. All orders that ship to a physical US address will ship via FedEx. Contiguous US addresses only. Orders to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO and US territories will ship USPS. USPS shipments are calculated based on location and weight (we're sorry, free shipping does not apply to USPS shipments). Our Standard FedEx rates for the contiguous US are as follows:

for Canada customers.
We are thrilled to be able to fulfill Canada orders from within Canada! We try really hard to get all orders out the next business day, but unfortunately, like a good night's sleep, it's not guaranteed. Your order will ship via either Canada Post or UPS, which will be determined at checkout. There is no expedited shipping option at this time. Delivery times are estimated at 4-7 business days after your orders ships. GST/HST will be added to your order at checkout. Shipping fees are applied to the subtotal.

Please keep in mind that sometimes large orders come in separate boxes. And that deliveries can show up in lots of different places around your home, based on the safety discretion of the driver. These can include front door, back or side doors, with a building manager, or even behind bushes. We do not require a signature at delivery. So please follow your tracking number that will be emailed to you and make sure someone is home to receive the order if you are not comfortable with it being left unattended in your absence.

tax collection.
We charge and collect state sales tax on orders that are shipped to nexus states. We currently have nexus in Oregon, Ohio and Arizona. For Canada orders we collect GST/HST.
